By today, your baby’s eyelids have begun to form. Over the next two days or so, your baby’s basic body proportions will change; the trunk will begin to elongate and straighten. For the time being, most of the intestine is found in the umbilical cord since the abdominal cavity is still too small to accommodate this rapidly growing organ along with the large liver.
